Construction Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.
- Implement Project Control strategies to track project progress, cost management, and risk assessment.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
- Ensure construction activities align with regulatory requirements and safety standards.
- Identify and resolve project challenges to maintain efficiency and quality.
- Manage documentation, reporting, and contract administration.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project performance.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years in Construction Management, Project Control, and Project Management.
- Proficiency in project scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
- Strong knowledge of cost control, risk management, and contract administration.
- Experience in [regulated industries like pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, etc.] is a plus.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
