Position Overview

The Clerk responsible for the control, organization, tracking, and archiving of regulated documents in compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), FDA regulations, and company quality standards. This role ensures accuracy, traceability, and integrity of documentation to support regulatory compliance and product quality. Key Responsibilities Document Control & Management • Maintain and manage controlled documents including: • Logbooks • Issue, retrieve, and reconcile controlled copies of documents. • Ensure proper version control and archival of obsolete documents. • Monitor document review and revision cycles. Key Competencies • Strong attention to detail • Organizational and time management skills • Knowledge of document control systems • Understanding of cGMP principles • Data integrity awareness (ALCOA+ principles) • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Education • High School Diploma or GED (required) • Associate degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or related field (preferred) Experience • 1–3 years of experience in: • Document control • Administrative support • Regulated industry (pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or food manufacturing preferred) • Experience working in a cGMP-regulated environment strongly preferred • Familiarity with controlled documentation systems Skills & Competencies • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Excellent organizational and filing skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines • Clear written and verbal communication skills • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information • Strong time-management and prioritization skills.
