Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Construction Professional to support the execution of capital projects within a regulated industrial environment. This role is responsible for coordinating construction activities, ensuring field alignment, and supporting project delivery from pre-construction through closeout while maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Project Manager to develop and implement the Construction Execution Plan.
• Collaborate with construction firms to define field support requirements and ensure proper resource allocation.
• Support job site setup and readiness for pre-construction and construction activities.
• Lead construction meetings and field coordination sessions to ensure effective communication and alignment.
• Review underground drawings and photo documentation to identify potential interferences and risks.
• Manage the permitting process, including securing required permits.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date underground and construction progress photo documentation.
• Record and track daily construction activities and field progress.
• Participate actively in construction meetings and project coordination discussions.
• Develop, manage, and track project punch lists to ensure timely completion of outstanding items.
• Review installed materials and equipment to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
• Support project closeout activities, ensuring completion of all documentation and deliverables.
• Coordinate with contractors to address warranty items and post-construction activities.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in construction project execution, preferably in industrial or regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, field coordination, and project documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting large-scale capital projects (>$250M), particularly in industrial or pharmaceutical environments.
• Demonstrated leadership in construction safety on complex projects.
• Experience participating in constructability reviews and design evaluations.
• Strong ability to proactively identify and mitigate schedule conflicts.
