Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and maintain production schedules, personnel assignments, and resource allocation in alignment with operational requirements.
Collaborate with managers and project teams to ensure project timelines are met and resources are utilized efficiently.
Monitor project and task progress, identifying potential bottlenecks, conflicts, or delays, and propose corrective actions.
Generate and maintain accurate records of schedules, changes, and assignments.
Communicate schedule updates and priority changes to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
Support resource planning and process optimization to improve operational efficiency.
Prepare reports on scheduling performance, compliance with timelines, and resource utilization.
Assist in planning for production needs in regulated environments, ensuring adherence to quality and compliance requirements.
Qualifications / Requirements / Knowledge / Education / Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Minimum of 5–10 years’ experience in scheduling, production planning, or resource coordination, preferably in FDA-regulated or life sciences environments.
Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
Knowledge of scheduling tools, project management software, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Experience in process optimization and resource planning in regulated manufacturing is a plus.
