Job Summary

  1. Responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the site’s business goals and objectives.

  1. Performance of building maintenance tasks in one or more fields (e.g. carpentry; electrical; heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC); plumbing, etc.); Perform general cleaning.

Realización de tareas de mantenimiento de edificios en uno o más campos (por ejemplo, carpintería, electricidad, calefacción, ventilación y aire acondicionado (HVAC); plomería, etc.); Realizar limpieza general.

Responsibilities and Duties

  1. Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and the plant facility’s equipment.   Realizar tareas altamente diversificadas para instalar y mantener los equipos de la producción y de los equipos de facilidades.
  2. Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.Proveer reparaciones de emergencia y las no programadas de los equipos de producción durante la producción y realizar reparaciones de mantenimiento programadas de los equipos de producción durante el servicio de la maquinaria.
  3. Perform simple machinist duties and responsibilities.Realizar tareas y responsabilidades simples de maquinista.
  4. Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines.Ejecutar habilidades mecánicas que incluyen, entre otras, mecánica, eléctrica, neumática, hidráulica, solución de problemas y reparación de las equipos de producción.
  5. Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.Leer e interpretar los manuales de los equipos y las órdenes de trabajo para realizar el mantenimiento y el servicio requerido.
  6. Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments. Diagnosticar problemas, reemplazar o reparar piezas, probar y hacer ajustes
  7. Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities. Realizar mantenimiento preventivo regular en máquinas, equipos y facilidades de la planta
  8. Perform a variety of plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions. Realizar una variedad de mantenimiento de plomería y funciones de carpintería.

Minimum Requirements: 
 
Technical Degree with 2+ years of experience required or any equivalent combination of education,           training, and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this job.

Grado Técnico con 2 años de experiencia requerida o una combinación de educación, adiestramiento y experiencia   que provee los requisitos en el conocimiento, destrezas, y habilidades para este trabajo.  

Educational Requierements

Associate Degree in Industrial Mechanic, Electricity, or HVAC
